1.1. The website contains material prepared by the Alcaraz Foundation for informational purposes. This material may not be modified, developed, or updated without prior express authorization from the entity.
1.2. The links contained on the website and/or applications may lead the user to other sites, web pages managed by third parties, over which the Alcaraz Foundation has no control. The Alcaraz Foundation is not responsible for the content or status of such sites, web pages, and applications, and accessing them does not imply that the Alcaraz Foundation recommends or approves their content.
1.3. The establishment of links to any section of this website is authorized as long as the actual address accessed remains visible in the browser’s address bar. Links may be made using the address, the name of the entity, and/or identifying keywords.

2.1. Individuals who use the website and/or applications do so at their own risk. The Alcaraz Foundation is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may exist in their content or in others that may be accessed through them. The Alcaraz Foundation shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website and/or applications, nor for any actions taken based on the information provided therein.
2.2. The Alcaraz Foundation does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that may cause damage or alterations to the user’s computer system, electronic documents, or files. Consequently, the Alcaraz Foundation is not responsible for any damages or harm that such elements may cause to the user or third parties.
3. Data Protection
3.1. The information received by the Alcaraz Foundation from users of the website and/or applications through subscription or form submission is treated with the utmost confidentiality and for the stated purposes only. The received information is not used for any other purpose.
3.2. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 22 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the Alcaraz Foundation may use data storage and retrieval devices (“cookies”) on the end-user’s devices, if they have given their consent after being provided with clear and complete information about their use. Users may obtain all information about the purpose of installing cookies and their uses in the “Cookie Policy” of the Alcaraz Foundation. The request must indicate the user’s full name, address for notifications, photocopy of the identity document or passport, and specification of the right being exercised.
